The Minerva Division is an entity I created 5 years ago for my ambitions & knowledge in Real Estate & Architecture.

2 years ago, I undertook the goal of creating a software that makes number and data crunching related to Real Estate easy. Not easier. Easy. This was essential as I did not want to undertake the handful of Wholesale deals I did without something centralized.

My interest in Real Estate runs from Wholesaling, BRRR, Lease-Options, Modular Design, and creative ways to approach real property; to more traditional avenues such as Long Term Rentals, Construction, and finance. 

REMEDY

REMEDY (Real. Estate. Made. Easy. Done Yourself.) is a proprietary, machine specific software I've developed for my company, The Minerva Division, over the last 2 years. The purpose of this software is to centralize your workspace, deliver all of the key information required in a digestible format, adjustable variables for accurate and custom calculations, and darker colors to lessen strain on the eyes.
